About TailTreatCo

TailTreatCo is a small online store for dogs and cats. We sell beds, toys, collars and leashes, grooming tools, and everyday accessories through this website. We do not sell pet food or medicine.

We are a dropshipping storefront. When you order, we purchase the item from a supplier (often overseas) and have it shipped to the address you enter at checkout. We do not operate a warehouse of our own, and we do not manufacture the products listed here.

Prices on the site are in US dollars and include shipping. Standard shipping is free. We collect a shipping address at checkout for the countries Stripe Checkout allows us to ship to.

If something is wrong with an order, email support@tailtreatco.com. We will work with you and the supplier to make it right within our return policy.
