The store

TailTreatCo is an online dropshipping store. Product photos and descriptions come from us or our suppliers. We try to keep them accurate, but colors, sizing, and stock can vary. Prices are in USD and can change until you pay.

Orders and payment

Checkout is processed by Stripe in USD. You must provide a valid shipping address in a country we ship to. We may cancel an order if payment fails, we cannot source the item, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after a charge, we refund you.

Shipping and returns

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs, weather, and the carrier can add delay. Returns follow our return policy.

Liability

Products are sold for household pet use as described. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent the law allows. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict of law rules.
